Lazard Increases Quarterly Dividend by 28% to $0.16

Lazard Ltd LAZ today announced that its Board of Directors has voted to increase the quarterly dividend on its outstanding Class A common stock by 28% to $0.16 per share. The dividend is payable on May 27, 2011, to stockholders of record on May 6, 2011.
