Lloyd A. Sprung to Join Evercore Partners as a Senior Managing Director (EVR)

Evercore Partners Inc. EVR announced today that Lloyd A. Sprung has agreed to join the firm's Investment Banking business as a Senior Managing Director. Mr. Sprung, who will be based in New York, will focus on advising clients on debt capital markets and corporate restructuring transactions.
