Rockwood Reports Very Strong First Quarter Results

Rockwood Holdings ROC today reported earnings per share from continuing operations of $0.80 for the first quarter of 2011 as compared to $0.42 for the same period in the prior year. Rockwood's as adjusted earnings per share increased to $0.88 in the first quarter of 2011 from $0.41 for the same period in the prior year.
