Moody's Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend Of $0.14

On April 26, 2011, the Board of Directors of Moody's Corporation MCO declared a regular quarterly dividend of 14 cents per share of MCO Common Stock. The dividend will be payable June 10, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 20, 2011.
