Top Narrow Based Indexes For April 28 (IMAX, VTAL, SFLY)

By 10:20 am, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 10.29 points, or 0.08%, to 12,701.25, while the broader Standard & Poor's 500 index had gained 0.29 point, or 0.02%. The NASDAQ composite index fell 3.40 points, or 0.12%. Some of the narrow based indexes that are supporting the markets are Photographic Equipment Stocks, which have gained 4.6%, Radiology Stocks, up 2.5%, and Printing Service Stocks, moving 2.3% higher as a group. In Tickerspy's Photographic Equipment complex, Imax Corporation IMAX had surged 8.2%. IMAX posted a Q1 loss of $1 million and announced its plans to expand its senior secured credit facility to around $110 million. The best performing Tickerspy Radiology stock has been Vital Images Inc VTAL, which was up 31.4%. Toshiba Medical Systems Co announced its plans to purchase VTAL for $273 million in cash. Shutterfly Inc SFLY is today's leading Tickerspy's Printing Service stock, gaining 14.6%. SFLY reported upbeat Q1 revenue. Read more from Benzinga's Markets.
