Standard Register Elects New Board Member and New Officer (SR)

Standard Register SR announced the election of Julie D. Klapstein to the company's board of directors. Eight incumbent directors were also re-elected at the annual meeting of shareholders this week. “The addition of Julie Klapstein to our board of directors will be very valuable to our company,” said Joseph P. Morgan, Jr., president and chief executive officer. “Her insights and experience, particularly in the healthcare industry, will help guide Standard Register in the years ahead as we move forward with our market-focused strategy.”
