Auriga reiterates its Buy rating on shares of Cerner Corporation CERN on Friday, noting that analysts "view CERN as a core holding and the best stock to own in healthcare IT, if you could own just one."
Cerner reported EPS of $0.80 on $492 million in revenue, beating Auriga's estimate of of $0.77 on $482 million.
Cerner Corporation is a supplier of healthcare information technology (HIT) solutions, healthcare devices and related services. Cerner solutions optimize processes for healthcare organizations.
Noting "Strong free cash flow" and "raise[d] full year guidance on bullish outlook, tax rate," Auriga raises its EPS estimates and price target.
Auriga raises its Cerner FY11 EPS and revenue estimates to $3.60 on $2.08 billion, from $3.59 on $2.06 billion, respectively. Price target is raised to $130 from $121.
Shares of Cerner closed higher by $0.16 on Thursday, to $112.09.
