American Water Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.22/Share (AWK)

American Water Works Company AWK announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend payment of $0.22 per share. The regular quarterly cash dividend is payable on June 1, 2011 to all shareholders of record as of March 18, 2011.
