Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. AJG today announced the acquisition of Meyers-Reynolds & Associates, Inc. headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Formed in 1985, Meyers-Reynolds & Associates, Inc. is a retail insurance broker providing commercial property/casualty insurance products and risk management services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
