Top Narrow Based Indexes For May 10 (MED, FOSL, SREV)

By 10:20 am, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 51.27 points, or 0.40%, to 12,735.95, while the broader Standard & Poor's 500 index had surged 6.98 points, or 0.52%. The NASDAQ composite index jumped 15.95 points, or 0.56%. Some of the narrow based indexes that are driving the markets are Fitness and Dieting Stocks, which have gained 4.9%, Jewelry Retailer Stocks, up 3.0%, and E-Commerce Software Stocks, moving 2.5% higher as a group. In Tickerspy's Fitness and Dieting complex, MEDIFAST Inc MED had surged 12.5%. MED reported better-than-expected Q1 earnings. The best performing Tickerspy Jewelry Retailer stock has been Fossil Inc FOSL, which was up 9.7%. FOSL reported upbeat Q1 results.
