SunTrust Acquires CSI Capital Management; Terms not Disclosed

SunTrust Banks, Inc. STI announced that it has acquired the assets of CSI Capital Management, a San Francisco based wealth management firm with a significant nation-wide presence that focuses on the financial and investment needs of high net worth clients including highly visible professional athletes. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
