Lexington Realty Trust Announces 10M Share Public Offering Priced at $9.45

Lexington Realty Trust LXP today announced that it priced an underwritten registered public offering of 10,000,000 common shares at a public offering price of $9.45 per share. Lexington also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 common shares to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering, which increased in size from the previously proposed 8,000,000 common share offering, is expected to close on or about May 18, 2011.
