Analogic Corporation Comments on Lawsuit Filed by NeuroLogica

Analogic Corporation ALOG today commented on a lawsuit filed on Friday, May 13 in the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, by NeuroLogica Corporation and senior officers of that company. Recently, information came to Analogic's attention that its intellectual property and other rights had been violated. Prior to the lawsuit, Analogic raised these concerns to NeuroLogica. In the suit, NeuroLogica asks the Court to find that, by raising those concerns, Analogic interfered with a possible sale of NeuroLogica to an unidentified third party. Analogic believes that NeuroLogica has violated Analogic's rights and that the lawsuit is completely without merit. Accordingly, Analogic will continue to vigorously protect its rights.
