Land Securities Reports Rise In Profit

Land Securities Group PLC LSGOF released its results for the year ended March 31 on Wednesday. The group's profit rose to 1.24 billion pounds ($2.08 billion), from 1.09 billion pounds. Its revenue dropped 16% to 701.9 million pounds. However, its net asset value per share increased 18% to 885 pence. The group raised its final dividend for the year from 7 pence to 7.2 pence.
