BMC Increases PT on Dell to $19, Maintains Buy

BMC increased its price target on Dell DELL from $17 to $19. At the same time, BMC left its rating unchanged at Buy. On Tuesday, Dell lost 0.63% to close the day at $15.90. Its shares rebounded strongly in today's pre-market trading, however, surging 5.35% to currently stand at $16.75.
