AIG Subsidiary ILFC Announces Offering of Senior Notes and Tender Offers for Outstanding Debt

International Lease Finance Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. AIG, announced today that it intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, a benchmark offering of its unsecured senior notes, to be issued in two separate series, maturing in 2016 and 2019.
