Kenexa Announces Prices 3M Common Stock Offering at $27.75

Kenexa Corporation KNXA announced today the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock at $27.75 per share. Kenexa expects to receive net proceeds of approximately $78.7 million after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses that are payable by Kenexa. In addition, Kenexa granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 450,000 additional shares solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
