ImmunoGen, Inc. Prices Public Offering of 7M Shares at $12 per Share

ImmunoGen, Inc. IMGN announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 7,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. Gross proceeds are expected to be approximately $84.0 million, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by ImmunoGen.
