Good news- Fusion-io Inc plans bigger-sized initial public offering (IPO)

Fusion-io Inc, a leading provider of solid-state technology and high-performance I/O solutions, plans bigger-sized initial public offering (IPO). Fusion-io, pioneer of a next generation storage memory platform for shared data decentralization expects to offer at least 12.3 million shares at an estimated price of $13 to $15 each.

Fusion-io has pioneered a next generation storage memory platform for shared data decentralization, plans to offer at least 10.8 million shares, reported $1.2 million loss in the nine months ended March 31 and $125.5 million revenue.

In another news, Constar International Inc. (CNSTQ) won court approval of its plan to emerge from Chapter 11 protection, filed for bankruptcy in January after striking a deal with a majority of the holders of its $220 million.
