Partner Communications Announces Receiving Lawsuit; Motion for the Recognition of This Lawsuit as Class Action

Partner Communications Company Ltd PTNR announces that it received a lawsuit and a motion for the recognition of this lawsuit as a class action, filed against Partner on May 3, 2011 in the Central District Court. The claim alleges that Partner should have informed its customers of the fact that Apple's AAPL "iPhone" cellular handsets with the IOS-4 operating system, which were sold since June 2010 , store the user's location and when connecting to a computer, transfer the data to the computer, as an unprotected file.
