Fiserv Announces New Share Repurchase Authorization of 7.5M Shares

Fiserv, Inc. FISV today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized it to repurchase up to 7.5 million shares of the company's common stock, or approximately 5 percent of its outstanding shares.
