OneBeacon Declares $1.21 Per Share Combined Regular and Special Dividend

At its regular meeting held on May 25, 2011, the OneBeacon Insurance Group, Ltd. OB Board of Directors declared a combined regular and special dividend of $1.21 per share, payable in cash on June 30, 2011, to holders of record of Common Shares as of the close of business on June 17, 2011. The company will distribute approximately $114 million through this dividend. The per share dividend amount reflects a $1.00 special dividend and a $0.21 regular quarterly dividend.
