Oppenheimer has published a report on Bloomberg's recent announcement to file an FCC Complaint against Comcast CMCSA.
In the report, Oppenheimer writes "Per Ad Age, Bloomberg intends to file a complaint with the FCC accusing Comcast of failing to comply with condition for its takeover of NBCUniversal. The complaint alleges that Comcast is failing to arrange channels in neighborhoods allowing Bloomberg Television to be near other news channels."
