Graco to Refile Hart-Scott-Rodino Pre-Acquisition Notification

Graco Inc. GGG announces that it has withdrawn and will refile its notification and report form filed under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act to provide the Federal Trade Commission additional time to review the Company's proposal to acquire the operations of the finishing businesses of Illinois Tool Works Inc. ITW. Graco Inc. originally filed its required HSR notification on May 2, 2011. The FTC's review is a routine part of the approval process of major proposed transactions.
