UPDATE: Coca-Cola Talks To Benzinga

Following yesterday's report that Coca-Cola KO is in talks to list on the Shanghai exchange, the company contacted Benzinga with a further comment. “We are interested in exploring the opportunity of listing our stock on the Shanghai Stock Exchange,” said Geoff Walsh, Coca-Cola's group public affairs and communications director. “Obviously, we need to better understand the regulatory framework and listing requirements. We continue to have positive discussions with Chinese government officials as we look at this opportunity.”
