KMG Electronic Chemicals Announces Price Increase for Ultra High-Purity Process Chemicals Used in Electronic Applications

KMG Chemicals KMGB today announced that it will increase the prices for certain high-purity process chemicals effective June 15, 2011, or as contracts allow. The increases will be applicable to most solvent products, as well as hydrogen peroxide and phosphoric acid. The increases are necessitated by the escalation in raw material costs, particularly those influenced by the energy and petrochemical markets.
