Prologis Recasts $2.2B in Senior Credit Agreements

Prologis, Inc. PLD today announced that it has recast or amended approximately $2.2 billion in senior credit agreements. Prologis entered into a $1.75 billion global senior credit agreement with a syndicate of 20 banks. An accordion feature will allow Prologis to increase the credit facility to $2.75 billion, subject to obtaining additional lender commitments. Prologis entered into a JPY36.5 billion (approximately $456 million US dollar equivalent) third amended and restated revolving credit agreement with a syndicate of 8 banks.
