Journal Communications Subsidiary Announces Sale of its Pelican Press Businesses

Journal Community Publishing Group, Inc., a subsidiary of Journal Communications, Inc. JRN today announced the sale of the Pelican Press and PelicanPress Marketplace businesses to The Observer Group, Inc., a Florida Corporation. The Pelican Press businesses operate in Sarasota, Florida. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
