How long have you been in business?
RealtyMogul launched in 2013 and recently celebrated its five-year anniversary.
Where are you located?
We have seven offices across the United States and are headquartered in Los Angeles, CA.
Who is your company's leadership? What kind of experience do they have?
RealtyMogul is led by professionals with extensive experience in the investing and real estate space. Founded by Jilliene Helman, a former Vice President at Union Bank in Wealth Management, who has personally underwritten over $5 billion worth of real estate, its President, Aaron Halfacre, has over 20 years of investment experience with previous executive level positions at BlackRock, the world’s largest investment manager and executive roles at two publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts or “REITs.” Chris Fraley, RealtyMogul’s Chief Investment Officer, is a former partner at Rockwood Capital, a privately held real estate investment and advisory firm with more than $8 billion in assets under management.Who are your investors, if any?
RealtyMogul’s investors include Canaan Partners and Sorenson Capital.
Is there anything else Benzinga should know about your company?
Since its inception, RealtyMogul has amassed over 153,000 members, returning over $74 million in cash distributions. It has also invested in over 350 properties worth over $1.5 billion.
