Red Cross and Herbalife Sign Disaster Response Agreement

Herbalife Ltd. HLF and the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region signed a Memorandum of Agreement to affirm the terms of an ongoing working relationship between the American Red Cross and Herbalife to support the LA community during disaster relief operations and in emergency preparedness. The agreement provides for Herbalife to give protein bars to the Red Cross on an ongoing basis for emergencies, and in increased quantities in the case of local disasters. The Red Cross will also help to educate Herbalife employees on disaster preparedness.
