George Strayton, President & CEO of Provident New York Bancorp, Announces Retirement

William F. Helmer, Chairman of the Board of Provident New York Bancorp PBNY, announced today that after 25 years at the helm of Provident Bank, President and Chief Executive Officer George Strayton will retire. Mr. Stayton will remain a member of the Board of Directors.
