AVROBIO is offering 4.412 million shares in an IPO, with an estimated price range of $16-$18 for each share. The developer of ex vivo lentiviral-based gene therapies to treat rare diseases is planning to list its shares on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol AVRO.
