Citi said that the focal point of the meeting is on LLY's updated 2014 minimum guidance, which incorporates the impact of US healthcare reform, EU pricing austerity, earlier than expected Gemzar loss of exclusivity & business development. “We expect LLY to reiterate its ‘11 EPSrange($4.15-$4.30).
