Jusung Engineering and MEMC Announce High Efficiency Solar Cell Production Strategic Partnership

Jusung Engineering and MEMC Singapore Pte, an affiliate of MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. WFR, announced today a strategic partnership agreement to build and operate a high-efficiency solar cell production facility. The strategic partnership will be a 50/50 joint venture between Jusung and MEMC. The initial 100MW of capacity is expected to begin commercial production in the first half of 2012.
