Acacia Subsidiary Enters into Settlement Agreement with Boston Scientific Corporation

Acacia Research Corporation ACTG announced today that its EVM Systems, LLC subsidiary has entered into a settlement agreement with Boston Scientific Corporation BSX regarding patents for shape memory metal medical instruments. The settlement agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the Eastern District of Texas.
