Genesis Energy, L.P. Increases Quarterly Distribution to $0.415 from $0.4075

Genesis Energy, L.P. GEL announced today that it will pay a regular quarterly distribution of $0.415 per Common Unit for the quarter ended June 30, 2011. The distribution will be paid on August 12, 2011, to Common Unitholders of record at the close of business on August 5, 2011. This distribution represents an increase of approximately 10.7% over the second quarter 2010 quarterly distribution of $0.375 per unit, and an approximate 1.8% increase over the distribution paid with respect to the first quarter of 2011. This is the twenty-fourth consecutive quarter in which Genesis has increased its quarterly distribution.
