Fluor Named by Quadra FNX to Perform Sierra Gorda Mining Work in Chile; Company Booked $1B For Sierra Gorda Project in Q2

Fluor Corporation FLR announced today that the company has won a contract from Minera Quadra Chile Limitada, a subsidiary of Quadra FNX Mining Ltd., to perform work at the company's Sierra Gorda project in Chile. Fluor booked approximately $1 billion for the Sierra Gorda project in the company's second quarter 2011.
