New Jersey Resources Board of Directors Declares Dividend of $0.36/Share

The board of directors of New Jersey Resources NJR has unanimously declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $.36 per share. The dividend will be payable on October 3, 2011, to shareowners of record on September 15, 2011. “These dividends are a testament to the dedication, leadership and experience of our employees,” said Laurence M. Downes, chairman and CEO of New Jersey Resources. “Our performance and strong financial profile provide us with the opportunity to once again reward our shareowners with a quarterly dividend as we have done continuously since 1952.”
