Amtech Systems: 'Motley Fool model' buy

Strong growth at Amtech Systems (ASYS) earns it strong interest from my Martin Zweig-based growth model and my Peter Lynch-based strategy, but it also gets solid scores from my John Neff-inspired value model.

It's a small-cap, with a market cap just over $200 million, and it's been growing rapidly, more than doubling its sales in its last fiscal year and more than tripling in the first two quarters of its 2011 fiscal year.
