BIOLASE Files Registration Statement to Register Common Stock in Connection With the June 2011 Private Placement

BIOLASE Technology, Inc. BLTI announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to register shares of BIOLASE's common stock, including shares of common stock issuable upon exercise of warrants, in connection with the private placement of approximately $9 million entered into on June 24, 2011, which closed on June 29, 2011.
