Citi reported a decrease in EPS estimates from $2.38 to $2.29 for FY11, from $2.54 to $2.42 for FY12, and from $2.78 to $2.75 for FY13. PT has been set at $39 with a rating of Buy/Medium Risk. Texas Instruments closed yesterday at $31.47.
