Brazil Braskem to Buy Dow's Polypropylene Business For $323M

Braskem BAK Brazil's largest chemical company, said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday that it would buy Dow Chemical's DOW polypropylene business. The company will pay $323 million for the business, which is pending regulatory approval in the United States and Brazil.
