Acacia Subsidiary Enters into Settlement and License Agreement with Hubbell Incorporated

Acacia Research Corporation ACTG announced today that its Greenlight Technologies LLC subsidiary has entered into a settlement and license agreement with Hubbell Incorporated. The settlement and license agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the Eastern District of Texas.
