Bank of America Reiterates Buy on Westar Energy, Reduces PT to $28

Bank of America reiterated its Buy rating on Westar Energy WR. At the same time, the rating agency reduced its price target on the company's stock from $29 to $28. On Friday, WR closed the day at $24.12.
