Global Imaging Systems Acquires Jacksonville-based Bennett's Business Systems

Global Imaging Systems, A Xerox Company XRX, has acquired Bennett's Business Systems, Inc., of Jacksonville, Fla. The acquisition furthers Global Imaging's strategy of creating a nationwide network of locally-based providers focused on improving document management and office efficiency for small and mid-size businesses. Last month, Global Imaging Systems acquired Miller Technology Solutions, Inc., of Chesapeake, Va., and Xerographic Solutions, Inc., of Rochester, N.Y., and previously announced acquisitions in Iowa, Illinois and Florida.
