Celsion Announces Approval of $1.2M New Jersey Economic Development Authority Incentive Grant

Celsion Corporation CLSN announced today that the New Jersey Economic Development Authority has approved the Company's application for a Business Employment Incentive Program (BEIP) grant. BEIP grants are available to economically viable expanding or relocating businesses that create jobs in New Jersey. The approved grant provides for up to $1.12 million in tax incentives for jobs created in, or relocated to the State. Celsion announced in July plans to relocate its operations and corporate headquarters to Lawrenceville, New Jersey, contingent upon receipt of the grant.
