You know you are great when you are worth as much as all the banks in Europe.
Apple AAPL is now worth as much as the 32 largest banks in the Euro zone, according to Reuters.
As a result of the sharp increase in volatility over the past few weeks, and recent share prices declines in some of Europe's largest banks, Apple is worth more than the DJ STOXX euro zone banks index, based on market cap.
Names in the index include Santander STD, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank DB and Unicredit. The data was put together by Thomson Reuters.
It must be why the Cupertino-Calif.-based tech company is one of, if not the most beloved company in the world.
Steve Jobs wins again.
