Amtech Announces Stock Repurchase Program of up to $5M

Amtech Systems, Inc. ASYS today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a stock repurchase program authorizing the repurchase of up to $5 million of its common stock. As of June 30, 2011, Amtech had outstanding approximately 9.6 million shares of common stock.
