Anadys Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ANDS announced today the appointment of Brian S. Posner to its Board of Directors. Mr. Posner is currently a private investor and the President and Founder of Point Rider Group LLC. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and co-Chief Investment Officer of ClearBridge Advisors LLC, and has over 20 years of professional asset management experience during which he was widely recognized for his value approach to investing.
