Wizzard Media Engages Transaction Advisory Services of Big Four Public Accounting Firm

Wizzard Media WZE today announced that it has retained the Transaction Advisory Services of a Big Four public accounting firm to assist management with its pending FAB transaction in the areas of financial due diligence and tax due diligence. The engagement is expected to run from September 1st through completion, which is expected to be September 30th.
